ESTIMATED LIVING COST
Most non-UAE nationals will need to apply for a study visa in order to study at AUE. Students can easily apply for a student visa by providing the following documents to the PR office:
- A copy of their study schedule over the course of a regular semester (with a minimum of 9 CHR).
- A clear copy of their passport.
- A passport sized photo on a white background.
- Current visa details, if applicable (e.g., a copy of their tourist visa).
In addition, the following fees must be paid:
- 4,200 AED (student visa fees)
- 5,500 AED (refundable deposit)
- 1,000 AED (health insurance fees)
ESTIMATED LIVING COST
All AUE students must be covered by private health insurance.
- Students who apply for a university student visa can apply to be covered by the university’s health insurance provider, at a yearly cost of 1,000 AED.
- Students who arrive on a family visa can apply to be covered by their family’s health insurance provider.
- Students who arrive on a work visa can apply to be covered by the health insurance network of their visa sponsor
