The Facility Management Department is primarily responsible for planning and ensuring the allocation of appropriate physical facilities and resources to meet the needs of the institution’s educational programs, support services, and other mission-related activities. The Department is also responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of institutional events on campus.

The Department is committed to providing a clean, well-maintained, and well-functioning environment. It also oversees the procurement and purchasing processes and requests to address students, faculty, and staff members’ needs and facilitate the University’s operations to fulfill the institutional Mission.

To ensure safe and secure learning and working environment for university stakeholders, the Facility Management Department implements its Occupational Health Safety & Environment Management Systems in alignment with the University Strategic Plan and in compliance with best practices to identify the hazards that exist within the University and provide control measures to protect stakeholders.
