Visiting

Visiting applicants are those who are currently enrolled in a different higher education institution and would like to take some courses at AUE as part of the study plan of their home university/college. There are three stages to consider when making this type of application.

ADMISSION DEADLINES

Applicants should make sure they submit their application before the following submission deadlines:

Fall Semester September
Spring Semester January
Summer Semester May

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Review the admission requirements and the important dates and deadlines.
 
  • A non-objection letter from their current university to study the courses at AUE (to be presented at the time of admission).
  • Proof of English language proficiency.
    •  
    In addition, it should be noted that visiting students can only earn up to 15 credit hours per semester for a maximum period of one year while studying at AUE.

    Once you have completed the application form and uploaded the required documents, you will be given a tracking number in order to track the status of your application.

    If successful, you will receive an emailed confirmation of place from the admission office as soon as possible.
