The Office of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs ensures that the business and operations of the University align with the University’s Mission and Strategic Plan. The Office plans and oversees all administrative and financial functions and ensures financial stability and prudent resource utilization. The most critical responsibility is preparing estimates and forecasts to develop the annual budgets and financial plans and monitoring the financial performance against budgets. The Office also supports the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs in supervising the administrative departments and implementing relevant policies and procedures.
